Does this interest you? The Colorado Department of Wildlife wants to share the results of a recent fish population study conducted on the Arkansas River in the Caon City area.

There will be an open house on March 2, 2006, from 6-8 p.m. at the BLM meeting room at 3170 East Main St. in Caon, Colorado.

Fishermen in the past have complained that there aren’t enough fish in the Arkansas River. Last fall the DOW conducted a study and now they want to give those results to fishermen and gather more of their input on programs that will improve fisheries across the state.
